Picture of Bryant McGill-Used with PermissionVersePerfect, an amazing FREE software product brought to you by American Poet, Bryant Mcgill. Bryant McGill is a poet, celebrity consultant and author of many books including the internationally acclaimed “MCGill English Dictionary of Rhyme”. This product is his gift to: “Songwriters, Poets & Bards, Bloggers, Rap Artists, Copywriters and Marketing Pros” and, it truly is a REMARKABLE gift! The’ve spent over 10 years in development and it’s 100% FREE, something that I appreciate and all my friends and colleagues will as well!  There is one little thing though…you have to wait two more days to get it!

This software is a “no-brainer” for inclusion into school programs and as an adjunct tool within the curriculums; it is simple enough to be used at the grade school and high school levels and provides such advanced features that university students will benefit greatly by using it as well!  This very well may be the “killer app.” of the lyrical world and it’s FREE!

I wrote an article about the predecessor to this software in February of 2007, this new version, literally “dwarfs” the previous version both in presentation and functionality.  I received a copy of the pre-release version of 2.0 and was not only impressed by the new beautiful look of the software but stunned by the integration of the all the features!

This FREE version of VersePefect has such incredible features as:

  • Requires no installation, just place it on a USB drive and use it anywhere
  • New interface, just click on a word and have instant rhymes and definitions
  • Real-time synonyms as you type
  • Includes the multiple poetic form structures that are easily displayed for your reference as you type
  • A “killer” hyperbolic Thesaurus that shows word contexts in a graphical web for easy exploration
  • Word Count, Syllable Count, Spell Check and the ability to search multiple online databases, dictionaries and authoritative sources
  • Pronunciation guides and more!

This is a “must have” for any musician, writer or lyricist!  No doubt, there will be statesmen and government copywriters using this program for speech writing (if they aren’t already!).

This software is a “no-brainer” for inclusion into school programs and as an adjunct tool within the curriculums; it is simple enough to be used at the grade school and high school levels and provides such advanced features that university students will benefit greatly by using it as well! Thisvery well may be the “killer app.” of the lyrical world and it’s FREE!

To learn more about this product and get your free copy, visit Bryant McGill’s website (there is also a great FORUM section there): http://www.bryantmcgill.com/Free_Rhyming_Dictionary/

P.S. I’ll let you all know when it’s officially released!
